Earlier this evening, an illegal drag racing event in the heart of the NanoZone District was raided in a joint operation between Neon City Police and the Iron Legion, leading to a violent The race, reportedly organized by local underground gangs, saw dozens of high-powered, illegally modified vehicles speeding through the narrow streets of the NanoZone, known for its dense cybernetic infrastructure and high-tech labs. The police received tips that these races were becoming more frequent, endangering both residents and businesses in the area.

The raid took a tragic turn when the racers refused to stop. The ensuing pursuit quickly escalated into a high-speed chase, with both police drones and Iron Legion forces in hot pursuit. According to early reports, over 15 vehicles were involved in the race, and by the end of the operation, 7 racers were killed either during the chase or as a result of gunfire from the Iron Legion.
